I recently had an issue with chi I had purchased from azuri furniture that required service to fix .since it was my primary lounging chair I was anxious to get it back to my living room. I would like to go on record that I could not have been more pleased by the way every thing was handled .in order to make the repair quickly without waiting for factory parts to be delivered ,they borrowed parts from onother chair in their inventory,. In this day and age when customer service seems to be thing of the past ,azuri furniture is really the heroes ..all the very very best …..
